The top 100 companies in the list mainly come from 8 countries and regions: 41 in Japan, 22 in China, 18 in the United States, 9 in South Korea, and 4, 3, 2, and 1 in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and France, respectively. The patent layout of the top three companies in this field mainly revolves around semiconductor chips, semiconductor packaging, substrates, light-emitting components, transistors, display devices, organic materials and other technologies. Among them, Samsung ranks first with 5803 patents, LG ranks second with 4057 patents, and BOE ranks third with 2792 patents, respectively.
